Ingredients:
2 lbs spinach, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
3 dried red chilies
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp turmeric pwd
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp canola/vegetable oil
Cook:2 lbs spinach, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
3 dried red chilies
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp canola/vegetable oil
Heat oil on medium heat.
Add garlic and dried chilies. Saute until garlic is golden brown.
Add onions and saute for a few mins until golden brown.
Add turmeric, fenugreek seeds and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes become soft.
Add spinach and stir evenly w/ tomato mixture.
Cover and let it cook until spinach releases water and spinach is cooked through.
Once done, add salt and sugar.
