Ingredients:
4-5 stalks of cilantro, stems and leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp dried mint leaves
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut milk pwd (1/2 cup coconut milk)
1 small clove of garlic
1 equal size of ginger
1 jalapeno, deseeded
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together in hand blender or food processor.
Adjust salt and sugar according to taste.
